YOGA 1
If you are new to yoga or to the Sivananda practice we suggest that you start with our beginners course (Yoga 1). This course provide a step – by – step introduction to the theory and practice of yoga, emphasizing the practice of yoga postures, breathing, relaxation, proper diet, and concentration.
The course includes
- The sun salute
- Yogic breathing techniques
- Yoga postures for beginners
- Relaxation techniques
- Introduction to the yogic diet
- Introduction to positive thinking and meditation
5 classes of 1 ½ hours meeting once or twice a week
COST: €70 + €30 annual membership
