The months of carrying a child are precious and soon past. Yoga will help you to have the best possible pregnancy and delivery, whatever your health or circumstances and provide a positive environment for the growing child, right from the start.
In this weekly class we will practise special poses for pregnancy that will help you to avoid overweight, backache and stretch marks as well as prepare you for an easy delivery. Even if you have never done yoga before you will find that by practising the simple exercises you will improve your fitness and well-being both during and after the pregnancy, carrying you through times of stress and fatigue. Yoga will be a source of strength, helping you to be a more loving, giving mother.
